A Stronger, More Complete Smile Is Within Reach

Losing a tooth sets off a chain reaction that most people never expect. The bone beneath the gumline depends on a root to stay healthy, and without one it begins to break down. The surrounding teeth may shift, making chewing and speaking harder than they used to be. Getting an implant stops this cycle before it goes any further.

Dental implants near Beaverton, OR use a small post placed directly into the jawbone. That post works like a natural root. As you heal, the bone bonds directly to the post and locks it in place for the long term. From there, a crown is custom-made to sit on top and blend in with the rest of your smile.

Which Type of Implant Is Right for You?

Tooth loss comes in many forms, and the best solution depends on your specific circumstances. At Premier Dental and Implants, we match each patient to the option that makes the most sense for their mouth. Here is a look at what is available:

  • Single Tooth Implants: One post and one crown close the gap and blend naturally with the teeth around them.
  • Implant-Supported Bridge: Two posts hold a bridge firmly in place without putting any pressure on nearby teeth.
  • Implant Dentures: These snap onto posts and stay secure throughout the day without the need for adhesive.
  • All-on-4 and All-on-6 Systems: Four or six posts support a full row of teeth across an entire arch.
  • Full-Mouth Reconstruction: For more complex cases, implants are paired with other treatments to restore the whole mouth.

Before any decision is made, we make sure you have a clear picture of what each option involves and what to expect.

Will My Implants Hold Up Over Time?

Implants are built to last, and most patients keep theirs in great condition for many years. There is nothing complicated about caring for them. A solid brushing and flossing habit along with routine checkups is all it takes.

Implants also do something other tooth replacement options cannot. They support the jawbone and help keep your face looking full and natural as the years go by. That alone makes them stand apart from bridges or removable dentures.

Choosing Premier Dental and Implants means having a team in your corner throughout the entire process. We monitor how your implant heals at every follow-up visit and stay available if something feels off. Your comfort and your outcome both matter to us long after the procedure is done.

Your new teeth should feel natural, hold up through daily meals, and give you real confidence when you smile. That is exactly what we work toward at Premier Dental and Implants.

Schedule your consultation for dental implants near Beaverton, OR. Our team is ready to help you take the first step.

Wow, just wow! Dr. Williams and his entire team are amazing! From the moment I walked in for an evaluation to the time I left after my final visit EVERYONE was so nice, caring and helpful. I had terrible teeth - missing teeth and an ugly old bridge, baby teeth (at 57!) that hadn't fallen out - my mouth was a mess! The Dr. gave me a great plan to make all the top visible teeth look uniform and natural. I needed to whiten my bottom teeth. We went with several crowns, two implants and a bridge. They helped me whiten my bottom teeth and sent me to their lab where Mookie helped me custom match the top teeth to my bottom teeth. We had to go through a couple of trial runs before we got the PERFECT teeth. Everyone on their team was awesome about giving input on how everything looked. If “we” as a group didn’t think they were perfect they’d go back to the lab and explain the changes we needed. I felt bad not loving the first set, but they kept reassuring me that THEY wanted my teeth as perfect as much as I did. They weren’t going to be happy unless I was happy. After not smiling for more than a decade or more it feels incredible to smile and feel pretty and confident. I’m beyond thrilled that I chose Dr. Williams and his phenomenal team. I highly recommend them. They make you feel welcome and special. I loved everyone there and I know you will, too! THANK YOU DR. WILLIAMS & TEAM! I will be forever grateful to you all.

If I could give them 10 stars, I would. For anyone that hates going to the dentist and is afraid of unexpected procedures/issues and last minute problems or requires anesthesia to get through appointments - these are your go to people that you can trust and rely on. I had to go for a series of 3 dental surgeries that required anesthesia between Sept and Jan that I was already nervous about. During that time, I (unfortunately) had 2 "emergency" additional appointments that required anesthesia - one was two days before my honeymoon (on a Thursday at 12:30pm when they closed at 1pm and they aren't open Fridays) and another when I was in pain for a different matter. As an inconvenient and 'difficult' dental patient who requires anesthesia - Dr Williams and his staff went above and beyond - coming in on a day off to ensure I made my honeymoon and fitting me in within a busy week trying to work around different schedules with me being put out. To say they care about their patients is an understatement - they treated me like one of their own and made sure I was taken care of as quickly as possible without ever making me feel like an inconvenience or a problem (even though I know I was). I'm forever grateful I found this dentist office. If you are on the fence or have an extreme dental phobia, worried about emergencies, or just want to feel like they actually really care about you - this is your place!
